This appointment is for the Yeztugo (lenacapavir ER) Injection
- Yeztugo is two injections given subcutaneously (under the skin) every 6 months (26 weeks). The first set of injections is accompanied by 2 tablets of Yeztugo 300 mg taken on the day of the first injections and 2 tablets on the day after the first injections. 
- You must be at least 12 years old to receive the Yeztugo (lenacapavir ER) injection for HIV PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) at Pucci's Pharmacy.
- Please DO NOT schedule to receive the Yeztugo injection if you are under 12 years old. 
- Your provider must send an order for Yeztugo to the pharmacy before we will be able to administer your injections unless you are being routinely tested and followed as a patient by the pharmacist at Pucci's. 
- Cost of administration will be billed to your health plan. Any applicable copays for medication must be paid at the time of administration.

YEZTUGO (lenacapavir ER injectable suspension) is indicated for pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to reduce the risk of sexually acquired HIV-1 in adults and adolescents (≥35 kg) who are at risk for HIV-1 acquisition. Individuals must have a negative HIV-1 test prior to initiating YEZTUGO.
